BACK TO SCHOOL INFORMATION


 To help you get ready, visit our back to school section today for information regarding school uniforms, supply lists, bell schedules and more.



OPEN HOUSE CHECK LIST
  • Determine your child's teacher and go to the classroom for a "meet and greet."  Teacher assignments are posted in the front hallway. 

  • Stop by the PTA MEMBERSHIP table and sign up for your yearly membership. Sawyer Road Elementary PTA Memberships are only $5.00. 

  • Visit the PTA HOSPITALITY table and find out about the exciting events your PTA has planned for the upcoming school year. 

-->For the PTA to be effective and truly representative of the school, everyone’s participation is essential.  -->Keep in mind that by volunteering, you will get to enjoy interacting with the students, become friends with other parents, and accomplish things that truly make a difference. We have many ways in which Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, and Grandparents can contribute to the Sawyer community.
  • Purchase your Spirit Wear T-Shirts. $7.00 per shirt or 3 for $20.00. CASH ONLY, PLEASE! Adult T-Shirts available too! Show your school spirit, by purchasing a Sawyer Road Elementary T-Shirt.

  • Sign up for car rider information and number assignment.

  • Sign up for After School Program (ASP) if necessary. 

  • Don't forget to add your name and email address to the PTA Mailing List. The best way to stay informed is to receive frequent email updates regarding school events and PTA initiatives.

  • Visit the Sawyer Road Elementary Men's Table. Did you know that your school, now has a Men's Club? The purpose of the group is to encourage, strengthen and support the efforts of male involvement in the education of children. Dads, Uncles, Granddad's are all welcome to join.
